It is recommended that a quote for the costs be obtained before placing an order, paying a transportation professional, or signing any shipping agreement. When arranging for shipping, it is highly advisable that the purchaser first sets and confirms a pickup date and time with us before the driver arrives at our showroom. Our office hours are from 10 AM-5 PM, but we need time to prepare the vehicle for delivery.
It is important to verify that the loan has been approved by the financial institution and received/cleared by Kuruma before sending the driver to transport the vehicle.
ALL TRANSPORT PICKUP APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY KURUMA - PLEASE DO NOT SEND DRIVERS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT OR FINANCIAL LOAN APPROVAL AND CLEARANCE FROM KURUMA IMPORTS.
Documents Needed from Transport Company
Please have the transport company provide Kuruma with the following documents when picking up the vehicle:
1. Copy of the completed Bill of Lading with your name and shipping address.
2. Copy of the transport company's valid insurance card.
In addition, ask the driver to take photos of the vehicle at the time of pickup for your records.
