Bought a 1997 type s prelude. Was cautious about purchasing a car 12 hours away, but they were so helpful through whole process. Answered all my questions all hours of the day and night. Had the car shipped. It showed up that night. Car was everything I hoped-for it to be and better. Would love to buy more cars in the future.

I bought a 1996 Nissan Silvia S14 Q’s Kouki. Very clean car. 98k km on the dash and interior was immaculate. Car came with Alpine sound system, all original interior and white Work Meisters. Have driven the vehicle now 1250 miles and it’s been a blast. I put an ISR Short shifter and Tomei cat back on the vehicle. My experience with Jorge was very appreciative. Great team at Kuruma Imports. Best importers on the East Coast!

Purchased a R32 Sedan sight unseen. They provided plenty of pictures but I was still uneasy about it. The car had an unexpected charging system failure prior to shipping out. I’ve stopped by their shop many times and each time had a great experience. Jorge, Amanda and the others were always super welcoming. They have nearly all the notable JDM cars you can think of (that are legal) available in their inventory and all in very clean condition. They even let you sit inside them in order to really dial in the first hand experience with these cars. What’s also amazing is that they’re already on top of the future-legal desirable cars like the Silvia S15 and R34 GTR and will likely have them available soon after becoming legal. Overall I loved the atmosphere they had at their shop and I’m happy my first JDM car purchase was with them.

Awesome place to shop around for affordable and very well-maintained Japanese “kei” trucks and vans. These things are a pleasure to drive around and get lots of friendly attention and smiles—maxed out kawaii factor. Bought my van from Jorge, had a great time chatting and doing business with him, very smooth and easy. His family helped mine all along the process and made it fun. Great auto dealer of the Japan imports. No hidden issues or small print. The 1996 Suzuki Every is in excellent running order and in many ways still like new. They are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. The car still has many years of life left in it. A+
